Asa Bantan, the Bouyon Boss, made a notable arrival in Antigua on Saturday, August 3rd, to perform ahead of the Antigua & Barbuda Carnival. His performances were met with enthusiastic reception from the local audience, leading to a significant increase in streaming of his music on Apple Music (All Genres) in the days that followed.

The impact of Asa Bantan’s performances was evident as his hit track “Shake Your Pampalam” re-entered the Apple Music charts in Antigua & Barbuda on August 3rd, a year after its initial release. The song, which had not charted since August 7, 2023, made a comeback at #175 on the Apple Music (All Genre) Chart. Its position has been steadily rising, reaching #134 today.

In addition, Asa Bantan’s recent release, “Not on My Head,” which debuted in May 2024, achieved a milestone by landing on the Apple Music (All Genre) chart for the first time on today, at #151.
